Is Skincoach a substitute for a dermatologist?
No. Skincoach gives personalized guidance to support your everyday skincare habits, but it does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. For persistent or serious concerns, see a qualified dermatologist.
What happens to my scan photos?
Your scan photos are used to generate your skin profile and routine. They are never used for advertising or sold. You can delete them along with your account at any time.
Do I need to subscribe to use the app?
You can start with limited access for free. A subscription unlocks full results, progress history and the coach chat. You'll always see the price before you buy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose Skincoach, and cancel. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Which devices are supported?
Skincoach is available for iPhone on iOS 17 and later. An Android version is not available at this time.
